As we reported adult-film star Capri Anderson had taped an interview with ‘Good Morning America’ over the weekend, describing the night of Charlie Sheen’s meltdown in New York. The first part of the interview aired this morning on GMA, with more to air later on Nightline.

As you recall, Sheen allegedly flipped out at the Plaza Hotel, accusing Anderson his escort that fateful evening, of stealing his wallet and watch before she locked herself in the bathroom fearing for her life. The star of Two and a Half Men was found naked and drunk in the hotel suite and was taken to a hospital. Anderson speaking of the encounter recalls Charlie was “very loud” from the outset and “had no hesitations when it came to using derogatory language or cuss words.”

“Towards the latter half of the night, it got really bad. He started yelling racial slurs,” she said. “But it wasn’t until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation.”

Anderson goes on to detail Sheen’s alleged brutal behavior and fearing for her life:

“He threw the lamp against the wall in my direction … And once the lamp flew, it was like there was just stuff coming from every angle. He was just — anything he could pick up, he was trashing the place,” she said.

Anderson said there was no excuse for the assault and has filed a lawsuit against Sheen.

“I’m not going to stand down and be completely walked over, mistreated. My whole life has been changed,” she adds of the incident, where she says she was locked in the bathroom October 25.

According to ABC, in the “Nightline” interview, Anderson claims that she was offered $20,000 to stay quiet about the incident.

“He offered me $20,000 in a text message,” she said.

Miss World, celebrated its 60th anniversary in China on Saturday night, with Miss United States being crowned the winner. Young Miss USA Alexandria Mills, 18, from Louisville, Kentucky was the surprise winner, in another international event filled with politics. Pre-tournament favorite Miss Norway failed to make the top five, prompting speculation that the judges had bowed to pressure from Beijing, which remains furious with Norway after the Oslo-based Nobel Peace Prize committee awarded the coveted prize to the imprisoned Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo earlier this month. Emma Wareus of Botswana came in second, and Adriana Vasini of Venezuela came third in the contest, in which women from more than 100 countries competed. Taiwan, which China considers part of its territory, was not represented amongst the 115 contestants.
