While Lindsay Lohan is working hard at getting good PR, since her failed drug test for cocaine, behind the scenes it’s still the usual desperation for money. While it’s being reported Lindsay visited a homeless shelter in L.A. over the weekend, and that she will voluntarily check into rehab today, (which are both admirable), she was also quietly shopping around a photo of herself wearing her SCRAM bracelet . “Lindsay Lohan was calling around the pap agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet,” says a source. “All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency.” “She was pimping it out all weekend, looking for 10 grand, but who wants to deal with that headache?” adds the US Weekly source. And I know it seems like I am focusing on the bad here, but I still wonder if LiLo really get’s it yet? This will be Lohan’s fifth time entering a rehab facility for substance abuse, and word is by the way that this time it might be the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California, which is just outside Palm Springs. According to a RadarOnline source, “Lindsay is still in denial about being an addict and doesn’t realize this disease can kill her.” Lindsay is due back in court on October 22nd.

The tabloids have devoted acres of ink to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt letting their 4-year old daughter, Shiloh dress like a tomboy. But despite her denials, an insider insists Angelina is really the cause.
“She’s been dressing Shiloh in her older brother Maddox’s hand-me-downs for years, “ the snoop tells L&S. “Including making her wear boys’ boxer shorts.”
And the professionals seem inclined to agree;
“It definitely doesn’t look like she dressed herself,” Children’s stylist Zoey Washington concurs
On September 14, Shiloh gave us all ample proof – She arrived at LAX wearing a boys ‘Old Navy’ boys polo shirt, shorts which her brother Maddox was seen in back in 2007 – and huge, unlaced combat boots.
“Maybe her mom had her stylist throw the look together,” Washington ponders.
“Angelina has an idea that each child should have a specific personality she picked out for them, practically at birth,” the insider shares. “Shiloh’s the tomboy.”
Angie even chose a boy’s name – In Hebrew, Shiloh has several meanings including “His gift” and “He who is to be sent” and is traditionally reserved for a son.
And in a recent interview Angelina said she purposely dresses her daughter “like a little dude.”
“Shiloh, we feel, has style,” she recently explained. “It’s how people dress there. She likes tracksuits and regular suits. She likes to dress like a boy.”
Brad Pitt also told reporters that, while at home, Shiloh asks to be called Peter or John.
“It’s normal for a little girl to explore the opposite gender,” says psychologist Jonathan Alpert. “But if a parent is trying to deny the child a cultural norm, that’s a different story. Parents shouldn’t push an agenda via their child.”

As you may remember, a 21-year old woman claimed to Star Magazine, to have had a steamy sexual meeting with Demi Moore’s husband, Ashton Kutcher last week. Well, the story’s not going away.
It seems the woman, Brittney Jones, met Ashton at the ‘Lucky Strikes Lanes’ bowling alley on Hollywood Boulevard in July, while the 32-year old actor was there with his family. And for Brittney apparently this was a dream chance come true.
“She told me he was the number one celebrity she’d like to have sex with,” a close friend tells Radar. “And she’s the type to do it.”
Jones says Ashton struck up a conversation with her, and despite Demi being ten feet away Jones slipped Ash her number on a cocktail napkin as he and his party were leaving.
A few days later, so her story goes, Ash took her to the mansion he shares with Demi and they had sex on the couch.
“It was tender and nice,” she recalled, “not some random sex act.”
Jones has now hired a manager and a publicist to help her ‘cope with the fallout.’
And the timing of this story could not be worse – Kutcher and Demi are due to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary this Friday.
Kutcher has publicly denied any cheating, but the insider insists Jones is telling the truth about the event.
“I believe she did it,” they told reporters “I’ve known Brittney for a while and her family is the same way – They’re all gold diggers. She probably took one look at Ashton and saw dollar signs.”
Ashton’s Twitter feed does not even mention Brittney or her story. Last week he hinted at legal action over claims that he cheated. For their part Star Magazine is not backing off claiming, that in their Oct. 4 issue — which hits newsstands this Wednesday — they have more on Ashton’s cheating scandal, including text messages exchanged between the actor and Brittney. We’ll see how much proof is in those texts.

Always good to talk about Rachel Weisz, who is revisiting the scene of one of her big successes as she will star in “Blindness” director Fernando Meirelles’ latest project, “360.” Based on the original play “Reigen” by Arthur Schnitzler which inspired French drama “La Ronde”, consists of short scenes between couples, shown before or after a sexual liaison. After each scene, one character from the pairing is then shown with another partner, who is then shown with another partner, and so on. Finally, the promiscuity comes full circle. So it sounds like Weisz will have a pivotal role, as we say.
Weisz and Meirelles first worked together on 2005’s “Constant Gardener,” for which Weisz earned a supporting actress Oscar. Peter Morgan is writing the script for “360″. Andrew Eaton serves as producer with David Linde executive producing according to Variety, but no release date has been targeted yet. Weisz, can be now seen in “The Whistleblower” which debuted at the Toronto film festival, and just completed shooting Jim Sheridan’s movie, “Dream House” with Daniel Craig.

Soccer star, David Beckham and his wife, former ‘Spice Girls’ alumnus Victoria Beckham have faced several claims that David had been cheating. And now there’s a new one; In April 2004 David’s former assistant, Rebecca Loos claimed the pair had a fling. A week later an Australian model, Sarah Marbeck claimed she also slept with the soccer star. Neither supplied any evidence, and David dismissed the claims as ‘ludicrous.’
Now an ex-call girl named Irma Nici claims she slept with the Los Angeles Galaxy player in 2007. “It was a high,” the 26-year old tells In Touch. “All these women dream of being with him, and I got to. It was very exciting.” Nici claims 35-year old Beckham agreed to a fee of $10,000 for the night, and they spent over an hour just in foreplay. Then came 15-minutes of sex – but it was “nothing freaky,” she insists. “He was very gentle and kind. He knew what he was doing,” says Irma, who rates David’s skills as a 7.5 on a scale of 10.
She also says that once this life-changing coupling had come to an end, David talked about Vicky a lot, telling Irma he hated his wife’s new ’slender’ look. “He said he liked her body more before,” Irma recalls, explaining that Dave also told her he’s “more of a butt man than a breast man.” In response David’s reps have launched a caustic defense – They promptly issued a statement that calls Irma’s story “Completely untrue and totally ridiculous, as the magazine was told before publication.” It goes on to say; “Sadly we live in a world where a magazine can print lies and believe they can get away with it. Brian Austin Green has opened up with Details magazine saying how happy he is in married life with Megan Fox. The former Beverly Hills 90210 actor began dating the pinup star when she was just 18 and he was 31.
At the time he’d recently broken up with actress Vanessa Marcil, the mother of his son Kassius.
He said: “When we met, I had just separated from Kash’s mom and a relationship was the last thing on my mind.
“It’s not something I ever thought would be serious. But she brought out parts of me that I had lost in my last relationship. I had come off of 90210, and I never wanted to leave my house. I was afraid of the press. I was afraid of people’s opinions of me.
Green also tells Details that he’s fine with his wife’s worldwide fame, which has easily eclipsed his own.
“Megan was a big part of boosting my confidence. And at the same time, I was somebody responsible and grounded for her to be around. We just matched.”
They dated for about six years before getting married, and Green who next stars as a hunky, shirtless contractor on the new season of “Desperate Housewives,” shoots down talk that the relationship was on again/off again, or that they ever saw other people during that time.
“We’ve been together for six years,” Green says. “Find a picture of one of us with any other boyfriend or girlfriend‚ I challenge you. You’ll only find pictures of her doing press with Shia LaBeouf or me with my son. That’s it. We never once dated anyone else or did anything else.”
Megan has also taken to being a stepmother with ease for eight-year-old Kassius.
“She is absolutely my better half in parenting. She just gets it. It’s instinctual for her.”
“She loves my son, Kassius. And from the time we started dating – she was 18-she stepped in and took control. It’s unbelievable,” he added.

Bon Jovi’s secret life exposed in new book

Rock stars lead crazy lives, and books about their antics make great reading. But a new book about Jon Bon Jovi by his former manger, Rich Bozzett has some people upset.
Inventively titled, ‘Sex, Drugs and Bon Jovi’ the 168-page book recalls the band’s early years, from their start as an opening act in front of 150 people, to selling 130-million albums and world tours that drew over 34-million fans.
Bozzett joined the band in 1983 and stayed for six years. And he’s now eager to share;
“As tour manager, I lived with the band and saw it all – from the incredible fans, to how they dealt with the drugs, booze and sex that were part of that world.” his intro reads.
The book also offers previously unseen photos, giving fans a rare glimpse of the band’s early days. Among them are photos of Diane Lane – Jon’s girlfriend at the time. She and John were a solid item, then Diane got too close to the band’s guitarist Richie Sambora and Jon promptly dumped her.
But don’t feel bad for Diane – On August 15, 2004 she married Josh Brolin.
“The very thing that made Jon so passionate toward Diane ended up as the reason for their breakup,” Bozzett recalls. “Diane was young and loved to party. But Jon caught her partying with Richie Sambora, and that wasn’t a good day.”
Jon then hooked up with his high-school sweetheart; Dorothea Hurley. They married in 1989 and now have four children. But Rich says he’d guess Dorothea didn’t know about Jon’s brush with genital crabs.
“It may have been from a visit to a bath-house, or contact with all those fashion models,” Bozzett muses. “And in Japan nobody has body hair, so they never had crabs; Much less any meds to get rid of them.”
And the solution sounds less than attractive;
“Jon has a coat of hair like a pony and the crabs were everywhere. A local hospital tried to pull them off individually with tweezers. Jon came running out screaming, ‘Let’s get out of here.’”
Reps for Diane Lane had nothing to say about Rich’s book, but the band’s spokesman, Ken Sunshine was keen to rebuff the tales;
“Rich is remembered as a nice guy who was in over his head as the band’s success grew,” he tells reporters. “As far as his attempt to cash in on alleged experiences 21-years ago…No comment.”

Earlier this month a story was floated by Star Magazine that Demi Moore’s long-time love Ashton had been cheating on her. Ashton denied it, with Demi’s support – but the rumors continued and got Ashton upset.
“I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.” he tweeted on September 3rd.
But despite the apparently justified rhetoric there has still been no lawsuit – From Ashton or Demi. And it’s about to get worse;
The ‘magazine’s latest issue boasts an interview with a 21-year old woman who claims she and Ash slept together at his home, while Demi was out of town, and that the pair had “incredible chemistry.”
Well, there’s a surprise. But what happens next?
Do you think Ashton is dumb enough to get sweaty with a stranger at his own house? Will he let this story slide if it’s as false as he claims?
He and Demi could sue the Star into extinction, and half of Hollywood would be their defense….but so far there’s no suit.
One solution suggested by Laney is just crazy enough to be perfect – Ashton’s known as a producer, so the answer could be a reality show – ‘Celebrity Polygraph Test!’
Pick a celebrity scandal, then hook the magazine’s editor and their victim to a lie detector machine and let’s see who brought the BS. If the star’s right the story dies and their career is reborn. If not, their job prospects are instantly toast.
It’s a risk, but the payoff and potential ratings are huge!

Many female celebs are obsessed with their hair and Jessica Simpson and her curl-friend, Ken Paves took that theme to new heights. But the word is the pair have now parted ways.
Seemingly inseparable during Jessica’s early career, Ken had always been her ‘go-to-guy’ when other men dumped her. But now the fomer BFF’s are reportedly not even speaking.
“They’ve had a major fight,” an insider tells E. “Jessica’s crushed over it; She loves Ken. He just won’t speak to her at all.”
In an effort to reboot their bond Jessica even invited Ken to her 30th birthday celebration on July 10 in Capri. All her family and friends, and even new boyfriend, Eric Johnson were there. But Ken turned her down.
“Jessica was heartbroken, they were so close. Maybe one of them will come around,” the insider suggests.
The ‘break-up’ was allegedly caused by ’something petty.’ [Simpson's career?] But what’s worse is Ken has since been tweeting his fondness for another gal – Eva Longoria, calling her his ‘best friend.’
Jess and Kevin were often seen shopping or dining together, but that hasn’t happened in months. On Sunday Ken even tweeted that he loved all his friends – but Jessica wasn’t included.
But there’s hope this stunt rift could soon end – Jessica is debuting a new denim line at ‘New York Fashion Week,’ and Ken sent her a tweet reading, “Have an amazing show! Strut your stuff, ladies!”
He’s also over-keen to insist there’s no truth to the tales of a split;
“Jessica and I are definitely still friends. The truth is we have different schedules,” he told reporters. “I know Jessica is very excited for me, but we are all definitely still friends.”
‘Scheduling conflicts.’ How many times has that one been used?
Jessie’s rep had no comment about any split, so over to you – Do you think they’re over, or are we being played?…

Perhaps now they are just friends that like to hang out together, but after two failed attempts at romance are Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer going to rekindle? Aniston who is watched like a hawk by the media, was spotted last month going out with ‘Cougar Town’ star Josh Hopkins, and perhaps also spent time recently with Lindsay Lohan’s ex, restaurant owner Harry Morton. But Jen is now in Atlanta shooting her next movie “Wanderlust”, and John was performing Wednesday night at Aaron’s Amphitheatre in nearby Lakewood, Georgia. So Jen quietly supposedly slipped backstage in “workout clothes” and a baseball cap to watch Mayer perform, according a Radar source. After the concert the duo, along with a group of people connected to Mayer’s tour, headed over to a Ritz-Carlton, where Aniston is reportedly staying during the ‘Wanderlust’ shoot. Radar reports that the famously outspoken musician then rented a suite for an impromptu one-night-only private party. Mayer & Co. then traveled to Florida the following day for his next gig in Tampa, FL This may not be the first time Aniston, 41, and Mayer, 32, who ended their on-off yearlong relationship in 2008, have gotten together of late. Mayer took the HuffingtonPost to task last month for reporting that he and Aniston were dating and had been seen together at another concert at the Hollywood Bowl, but he didn’t deny that they had been together.

Former Seinfeld Star Michael Richards Sued For Beating Up Photographer

One wonders if former ‘Seinfeld’ Actor Michael Richards has some anger management issues? Richards, who in 2006 went on an embarrassing tirade during a standup performance laced with the “N-word” among numerous expletives, has been accused of beating up a photographer on August 25, in Los Angeles.
According to a newly filed lawsuit Richards walked up to photographer Brendon O’Neal “in a menacing manner… with closed fists” punched him in the face, knocked him to the ground, and proceeded to kick [O'Neal] numerous times, directing the blows to [O'Neal's] arms, hands, and cameras.
O’Neal is suing in Los Angeles County Superior Court for medical expenses and damages, among other things, due to his “great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering” stemming from the attack.
There is no explanation given for what provoked the attack or if the pair even knew each other. Calls to Michael Richards’ representatives have gone unanswered. One wonders though if Richards had attacked O’Neal as described, why didn’t the photographer call the cops and pursue criminal charges first?

46 year-old actress Teri Hatcher has posted swimsuit photos of herself on her Facebook page with a sign saying “Sophia this one’s for you”. The Desperate Housewives star is competing in the Malibu triathlon for charity this weekend, in order to raise money for a young patient at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She became involved in this cause when the young girl’s father from Joel Rothman, contacted her through a letter. Sophia, 2, was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and another related disease that could have caused her to go blind.
