Their sources say “she’s so into him,” which seems to happen with every guy she dates at first. Witnesses spotted them enjoying a romantic date at Katsuya last week, where they reportedly were holding hands all night. Skipping the litany of guys JLove has dated, the last couple were actor Ross McCall who she was engaged to before splitting, and her Ghost Whisperer costar Jamie Kennedy until March.

New witness set to claim Mel Gibson struck Oksana

In news that may wreck Mel Gibson’s career or prove to be nothing, sources close to ex-partner, Oksana Grigorieva now claim there are witnesses to the alleged assault on January 6th.
One witness is thought to be someone who works with 40-year old Oksana on her stalled music career. Another also claims they saw Mel pull a gun on his ex, just after he allegedly punched her.
Some reports claim one witness is Oksana’s 12-year old son, Alexander who was hiding under the bed during the supposed
assault. But he’s already met with Detectives, so he’s not involved at this point.

The Sheriff’s department now plans to pass the case to prosecutors within a few weeks. Their files includes research on the alleged assault, and also into claims that Grigorieva or an accomplice tried to extort a multi-million-dollar payout when the pair split in April, partly to suppress the recent stream of recordings.
Mel, who may face charges of domestic violence and child endangerment has now met with detectives about these reports;
“He wanted to make formal complaint about the extortion and provide information,” Sheriff’s Department spokesman
Steve Whitmore told TMZ. “Detectives will investigate this wherever it leads.”
Parts of the evidence were contained on Oksana’s cellphone, and experts retrieved this to help the inquiries. Mel’s lawyers also gave police more evidence they say supports Mel’s claims.
And in news that will come as relief to us all, sources close to the inquiry say they don’t expect the case to drag out for much longer, and that prosecutors will bring all this to a judge very soon…

In what may be the future of celebrity sex tapes, Amy Fisher – known to the world as ‘The Long Island Lolita’ – has just signed a deal to star in four hardcore porn films.

Now 35, Amy created headlines worldwide on May 19, 1992 when she visited the home of her married boyfriend, Joey Buttafuoco in Massapequa, New York and shot his wife – Mary Jo – in the head. Mary survived, but the 17-year old Amy served seven years in jail for attempted murder.

Now married with three kids Amy’s decided to launch a new career as a porn star after a sex-tape starring her and husband was ‘leaked’ in 2007 and sold over 200,000 copies.

And she’s got all the skills – Since leaving jail in 1999 Amy’s also starred in a pay-per-view sex film, been a nude dancer and even has her own web site.

But she only stars with other women so her husband won’t get jealous.

“Our society loves sex,” Amy explains. “It feels so good and we should enjoy it, and no-one has the right to tell me what I can do with my own private parts. I get to make the choices on what kind of movies I make, and I am excited to make my dreams a reality.”

Radar obtained a script for the first movie and the ‘plot’ goes like this: Amy moves to L.A. to ‘explore the possibilities’ of becoming a porn star. She meets a guy, has sex with him, then meets a girl and does it with her. Then two other total strangers appear and she has sex with them too…Then it gets weird.

The film, imaginatively titled, ‘The Making of Amy Fisher: Porn Star’ starts production in August for release in the Fall, and three more sweaty epics will follow next year…

Taylor Momsen joins Madonna for ‘Material Girl’ launch

With her daughter Lourdes’ new fashion line due to debut next week Madonna is taking no chances – She moved into her East Hampton mansion near the home of Martha Stewart last weekend to prepare for the launch and Taylor Momsen was there at the scene;

During a photo-shoot for the new line, known unsurprisingly as ‘Material Girl,’ Madonna insisted on running the show and made endless adjustments to the clothing, the models’ hair and their make-up, and even took photos.

“Madonna totally came in and intervened and re-did everything,” Momsen told Page Six. “I think we had a good working relationship. I think it went well.”

17-year old Momsen, best known as Jenny Humphrey from ‘Gossip Girl,’ says Madge was eager to add her own style, but Lourdes – whom close friends call ‘Lola’ – was also engaged.

“Lola was here all day. I worked with her to put the outfits together and she’s a sweetheart,” said Momsen. “Madonna came later and she’s totally awesome, a very down-to-earth girl with her success.”

The new collection features jeans, shoes, fingerless gloves, necklaces and a boat-load of accessories aimed at teens. But 51-year old Madge was still keen to style;

“Madonna came in and intervened and re-did everything and positioned everything into her own vibe. ” said Momsen .

Madonna also picked Taylor to be the new face of the range, and she’s…like…’totally jazzed!’

“I’m psyched to be the face of Material Girl, it’s awesome,” she gushed. “For one, it’s Madonna – so you know it’s going to be cool. And it’s been an awesome experience.”

The new collection will debut exclusively at Macy’s on August 3rd.

Despite a well-publicized campaign to protest Arizona’s hated SB-1070 immigration law through a musician’s boycott, Elton John not only played there last week, he also had a blunt message for those who refuse.

Addressing an audience of 8,800 during his sold-out concert at the Tucson Arena on July 22, the 63-year old said:

“We are all very pleased to be playing in Arizona. I have read that some of the artists won’t come here. They are f***wits! Let’s face it: I still play in California, and as a gay man I have no legal rights whatsoever. So what’s the f**k with these people?”

Elton is not exactly famous for toeing the line or responding to outside coercion – Last month he played a concert in Israel despite calls for a boycott after aid shipments did not reach its people.

“Musicians spread love and peace, and bring people together. That’s what we do,” he told the crowd at the time. “We don’t cherry-pick our conscience.”

As for Arizona, the boycott – known as ‘The Sound Strike’ – has so far cost the state lucrative events by The Lilith Fair, Los Lobos, Hall and Oates and Pitbull, while Nine Inch Nails, Maroon 5, Kanye West, Sonic Youth, Michael Moore and Chris Rock all refuse to do work there.

But other artists are not so involved – Robert Plant has just played the Dodge Theater in Phoenix. Lady Gaga has a show at the US Airways Center on Saturday, and John Mayer is booked for the Valley in August.

In response to an injunction by lawyers representing the Federal government, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton gutted the widely despised law yesterday, just before it went into effect at midnight. But Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has vowed to appeal, so this argument is not over yet.

New book claims gay porn star had ‘affair’ with Christopher Reeve

But a new book ‘Hollywood Babylon Strikes Again’, by Darwin Porter and Danforth Prince that is available online and in local bookstores, the authors poured through Hollywood’s deepest, darkest secrets to expose some of the rumors and myths about long-dead superstars. The authors dug up an old interview made with the late gay porn star Cal Culver (aka Casey Donovan) conducted before his death in 1987, which sensationally claimed that he had an affair with Superman star Christopher Reeve, and gave details of their relationship. Culver, who died of an Aids-related illness, alleges that he met Reeve when they were both auditioning for a Broadway role in the mid-1970s. In the book extract, obtained by the Globe newspaper, Culver claims Superman star Reeve was ‘the man of my dreams’ and says that the pair had a passionate two-month relationship until Reeve discovered Culver was a gay porn star, performing under the name Casey Donovan.
He wrote: ‘Christopher was a great lover and I think I liberated him sexually. I didn’t think he was gay but he seemed willing to try anything once. He was curious.’
Darwin Porter, who co-wrote the book, said: ‘I have no doubt this was legit – I knew Cal for years and at one stage we even lived next to each other. He was a very credible source and all the other stories he has told me checked out.

New York Times digs in for Snooki profile but finds a shallow hole?

Since the advent of reality TV, never has more time been devoted to shallow and talentless characters. Speaking of which, the NY Times Sunday Style section this weekend has a feature lead on ‘Jersey Shore’ personality Nicole Snooki Polizzi, entitled ‘Snooki’s Time,’ written by Cathy Horyn. Horyn’s scorn for Snooki is pretty apparent throughout the piece, as she describes interviewing Snooki as “a little like getting down on your hands and knees with a child. You have to come down to her level, and sometimes you almost think you need to bribe her with a piece of candy to coax her to be more responsive.” One of my favorite lines is Horyn’s description of the 4-foot-9-inch Snooki: “She is busty and short-waisted with small legs; sort of like a turnip turned on its tip”.
Horyn asks Robert Thompson, professor of television and popular culture at Syracuse University, who is actually an avid fan to explain the phenomenon, and the best he can do is:

“Everything about this show is super-sized — from the over-the-top hair to the over-the-top nature of the comments. He notes ‘Jersey Shore’ is brilliantly cast and, of course, Snooki is the star,” but says he certainly wouldn’t want to be stuck in an elevator with her.” He describes her as “delicious artlessness,” an unprocessed quality, not “capable of serious introspection.”

Snooki’s dad, doesn’t get her popularity either and likes to go to her events and quiz fans as to why they like her, because he sees no reason to:

“When we go to venues, I like to stand out in the crowd,” he said. “She’ll be up there hooting and hollering, and I’ll say to someone, ‘What is it that draws you to my daughter? Be honest.’ Because it’s very hard for me to see what it is. She don’t sing. She don’t dance. I don’t want to say she don’t have talent …” He seemed to have his doubts. Then he shrugged. “Everyone basically says they can relate to her. I think Nicole’s just a likable person.”

After being hospitalized last week following a fall, and undergoing surgery for a broken hip Zsa Zsa Gabor is in critical condition, according to her spokesperson. The 93-year-old Hungarian-born actress was reported to have been recovering from hip replacement surgery, Monday when she possibly suffered a stroke. Gabor’s husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, told publicist John Blanchette his wife also suffered a very severe concussion from the original fall reaching for the phone. von Anhalt says that his wife is technically not in a coma, but that she is not responding to human contact. “She hasn’t talked. She wasn’t speaking. They were worried about that. They took her off morphine to see if that might be the cause,” Blanchette said. “She’s vacant.” “The doctors want to observe her over the weekend to make sure her condition improves, but right now it is not looking good,” von Anhalt said.
However Zsa Zsa’s daughter Constance Francesca Hilton contradicted that later Friday in a statement to Reuters: “She is not in a coma. She is not on any kind of death watch. She is responsive and on medications. All vital signs are still going strong, and she is talking.”

Wesley Snipes has been ordered to spend three years in prison for misdemeanor tax evasion and that decision has been upheld by a U.S. appellate court. The ruling did not indicate when or where Wesley Snipes was to begin his sentence, ABC News said. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Miami ruled Friday that the maximum sentence of three years Snipes received for failing to file tax returns in 1999-2001 was "well within" the "considerable discretion" of a U.S. District Court, the Los Angeles Times reported. Snipes, who was found not guilty on fraud and conspiracy charges, was convicted of three misdemeanor counts of tax evasion in 2008. He has been free on bail pending his appeal. The actor earned more than $37 million in gross income between 1999 and 2004 but did not file individual federal income tax returns for any of those years, according to official court papers.

Paris Hilton Detained for Marijuana Possession in France: Report

Paris Hilton was briefly detained on the French island of Corsica Friday after local authorities found less than a gram of marijuana in her purse, according to reports.
The Corse-Matin newspaper reports the heiress, 29, was held after arriving at the Figari airport from Paris and released without charge. The paper adds Hilton was traveling with "people close to power in Malaysia" and was en route to Sardinia, Italy.

The incident is Hilton's second brush with the law this month.
On July 2, she was detained for possession of the drug in the South African city of Port Elizabeth during the World Cup. Her rep later declared the incident a "complete misunderstanding." The case was dropped and no charges were filed.

Hilton pleaded no contest in 2007 to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. She served 23 days in jail.
Later that year, during an interview with Larry King, she famously denied ever using drugs.
"Have you ever been addicted to drugs?" he asked.
"No," she replied.
She also said "no" when he asked if she's ever experimented with drugs.

Moviegoers surrendered to the spell of Christopher Nolan's"Inception" on Friday as the tricky thriller bowed to an estimated $21.6 million in North America.

That figure, which included $3 million from midnight screenings, was on the high end of expectations for the Warner Bros./Legendary movie, which is playing in 3,792 theaters. It sets up the PG-13-rated film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio as a sort of dream thief, to collect as much as $60 million over its first frame.

But Disney's "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," the weekend's other new wide release, didn't conjure up similar success at the boxoffice. The Jerry Bruckheimer production, starring Nicolas Cage and directed by Jon Turtletaub, opened Wednesday to $3.9 million but didn't develop much momentum by Friday, when it took in about $5.4 million in 3,504 locations.

That put the PG-rated fantasy about warring sorcerers in third place for the day as it eyes a weekend gross in the high-teen millions and a five-day figure in the mid-$20 million range.

Securely in the second spot, Universal Pictures' animated "Despicable Me" took in around $10 million as it headed into its second weekend.

Summit's "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," which passed the $250 million mark on Thursday, collected about $4.5 million as it held down fourth place as its third weekend began.

"Toy Story 3," from Disney and Pixar, which crossed $350 million on Thursday, pulled in an additional $3.4 million as it checked in in fifth place.

Divorces are messy. Hollywood divorces doubly so. The split between Kelsey Grammer and third wife, Camille Donatacci is clearly no different. And ‘Real Housewives’ seems to be at the core.

The less intelligent blogs have been saying that Camille called it quits with their 13-year marriage because Kelsey did not call his children on Father’s Day. Well, Camille also wanted to be part of a Beverly Hills version of the ‘Real Housewives’ show, but Kelsey was dead-set against it.

“Camille misses her days in the spotlight as a Playboy model and dancer,” a close friend tells PopEater. “She gave up her career to become his wife. Now, she has the opportunity to break out on her own, and she isn’t going to let it pass her by.”

But Kelsey hated the plan, and the show, and tried to change Camille’s mind.

“He’s one of the biggest TV stars in the world,” says a snitch. “It doesn’t matter how much he loves his wife, Kelsey would never appear on a reality show. He’s in a huge Broadway hit and appearing as a ‘Real house-husband’ was simply never going to happen.”

And Kelsey not only refused to take part in the program, he also refused to let their two children appear.

“Kelsey’s a fantastic father who has worked hard to keep his kids safe from the spotlight. I can’t imagine him letting them appear on TV just to help their mother advance her career,” a close friend of Kelsey’s confirms.

So Camille called her lawyers, and is now seeking joint physical custody of 8-year old Mason, 8 and 5-year old Jude, plus spousal support, child support and at least one of their homes.

As you know, Jessica Simpson has picked a new partner, Eric Johnson – despite the fact he’s not legally single. Well, it seems Jess has gone right off the deep-end again and is already shaping her life round her man.

The new pair met just five weeks ago when friends brought Eric, who played tight-end for both the 49ers and the New Orleans Saints, to a party at Jessica’s home in Beverly Hills. And those friends seem concerned that Jess may leave skid marks in her haste to find love;

“Jess is definitely rushing into this,” one insider tells Us magazine.

Yale graduate, Eric has been married for five years, and only filed for divorce back in January. But on July 1 Jessica flew to Florida to meet his whole family, and the romance was already clear. They stayed at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and spies say there were signs.

“Her hand was on his butt, and they walked slowly just to enjoy the moment. They looked cute together,” says one fellow guest.

The club’s chief bartender, Ben Brewer was also impressed.”They were very nice,” he recalls. ”She was wearing shorts and big shades. She looked absolutely stunning.”

Some reports say the pair often placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on their door.

Next came a 4th of July celebration at the Greenbrier Sulphur Springs in West Virginia. Jessica – who turns 30 on Saturday – lounged by the pool next to Eric, sipping cocktails.

Even when they flew back to LA her infatuation was clear;

“They were huggy-kissy at the ticket counter,” an eyewitness tells the scribes. “They were holding hands, and she was rubbing his back and scratching his head. They were cute.”

This is not good. When she was dating John Mayer, Jess died her hair black. When Tony Romo appeared she was all about sports. Well, Eric’s a vegan and deep into yoga. So guess where Jess has gone now?

“Shocked my system with a vegan diet, special Pu-erh tea from China, and cupping since Friday! Who am I right now? This might be too clean!” she tweeted on June 27, clearly confused

Off the record, friends are saying Eric’s a control freak and Jessica knows it – but “she’s desperate to not be alone,” so she pretends not to care. He even sleeps-over at her place already – almost every night.

Not one to ever take responsibility for her own actions, I am sure being Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer was and will always be a thankless task and a losing battle. When you have a client that shows up with ‘F**K U painted on her finger nails when she needs to be on her best behavior, that should tell you something. And Shawn Chapman Holley seems to have gotten the message and resigned as LiLo’s lawyer, two days after Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail and rehab. Ms. Holley hasn’t had the most sympathetic figures for celebrity clients. Holley was a member of the O.J Simpson defense team back in the day, and has represented Lindsay since the start of her many legal problems back in 2007. According to TMZ, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who was just admitted to the bar in November ( i.e. young and naive), is taking over as Lohan’s lawyer.

TMZ has learned ... Elin Nordegren will walk away from her marriage with Tiger Woods with approximately $100 million.

As one source with direct knowledge of the terms of the divorce tells TMZ, "She'll be getting close to $100,000,000."

There have been reports Elin would score $750 million, but we have confirmed that figure is wrong. Indeed, as we first reported, Tiger is not even worth $750 million. We're told his net worth is somewhere between $500 and $600 million.

The $100 million is way more than Elin would have received under the prenup.

Sources say Elin will receive child support, but we do not know the specific amount.

As for the $100 million figure ... this is not speculation ... it comes from sources with direct knowledge of the property settlement agreement.

To put this in some perspective, Elin will be getting 10 times what Rachel Uchitel scored from Tiger.

The 25-year old, who used to sell ads for Facebook, now supposedly as wedding plans with 29-year old Patrick Hammon. The pair were dating before the show even started, and he was the man Ali ran to as soon as taping was done.

“We are absolutely not dating, we are just friends,” Us reports Patrick as claiming. But his friends don’t agree.

One acquaintance says Ali and Patrick hooked up in San Jose before she left for the show, and when she got back.

And Ali’s public image as the gullible romantic who gets endlessly duped by scheming producers and contestants with issues is also causing some humor;

Friends say the sweet ingenue on your screen is really a fame-hungry socialite with unsavory secrets, a selection of friends that could live in your nightmares, and a romance with Patrick that makes her unfit as the star.

“She isn’t as innocent as she seems,” recently canceled contestant Justin Rego insists.

Ali and Patrick have been seriously dating since she finished the show. Those close to the couple say she loves him because “he’s good-looking and has a great career,” and a wedding is already in play.

“She’s already thinking about the details,” says one source.

Ali herself is required by her ABC contract to keep silent until after the show’s August 2nd finale from Bora Bora, but she recently shared a few fantasies.

“I don’t like to be glammed up,” she explained. “I’d want the dress to be really simple, my hair to be natural and I plan on wearing Converse sneakers.”

In news that should finally dispel any doubt that Michael JAckson was the true father of his three children it’s been reported that his eldest son, Prince Michael has Vitiligo – the same skin condition that troubled his dad..
Prince, now 13, is currently on vacation somewhere in Hawaii with sister, Paris, 12, and 8-year old Prince Michael II. While enjoying the surf the young man displayed small patches of snow-white skin, mostly under his arms, which are the hallmark of this otherwise harmless disease.
‘It proves once and for all that Michael is the father!” says a family friend.
Vitiligo is hereditary ailment in which the body’s own defenses destroy the cells that give white or black skin its tone. Around 2-million people in the US alone currently endure this condition.
Michael Jackson always blamed Vitiligo for his own change in skin tone, which was met with widespread disbelief. But an autopsy conducted just after his death confirmed he truly had the condition.
The fact that Prince Michael is now displaying the same symptoms should crush any doubt on who was his father. Both he and Paris were born to Debbie Rowe, who was married to Michael from 1996 to 1999. But she later claimed she was artificially inseminated by an anonymous donor.
There were also reports that Arnold Klein – Jackson’s dermatologist and Rowe’s former boss – was the true father. Prince Michael’s symptoms should now disperse such beliefs.
There’s been no response from Katherine Jackson or the family’s reps on this story, but if they make a statement we’ll update this post…

As her new movie comes to theaters next month, Angelina Jolie reflected recently on her future goals and says her acting career is close to coming to an end. Jolie, 35, who will next be seen in thriller Salt, tells Vanity Fair “It is not the most important thing in my life. It’s a fun job. It’s a luxury. But I don’t think I’ll do it much longer,” Jolie . While Angelina still has other future film projects lined up including playing the legendary Queen of the Nile Cleopatra, admits it’s time to care more for her family of six children – Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, Pax, and twins Knox and Vivienne. “They’re kids now, and can play together, but they’re going to need a lot more talking in the middle of the night, like I did with my mom for hours.
Dismissing recent rumors, Jolie also said she would hesitate to add to their growing brood with a seventh child because she wants to make sure all of her kids get enough “special time”.
“I’m not pregnant. We’re (husband Brad Pitt and her) not opposed to it. But we want to make sure we can give everybody special time. “We want to make sure we don’t build a family so big that we don’t have absolutely enough time to raise them each really well.”

alumnus, Constantine Maroulis has been wowing the crowds with his role in the Broadway hit, “Rock of Ages.’ But one of the show’s dancers has been forced to quit as she’s carrying Constantine’s child.
Chorus-line member, Angel Reed is said to be three-months pregnant by Maroulis, who appeared on ‘Idol’ in 2005, with Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood. She has since quit the show to protect the new baby from any risk.
“Angel gave her notice last week and told friends on the show that she’s pregnant,” a source told Page Six. “It’s been an open secret that she and Constantine have been together for a while.”
The pair actually began dating last year, but recently broke up for a while. Angel is said to have caught 34-year old Maroulis’ attention while dancing in the skimpy outfits designed for the show, now playing at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre.
Prior to joining the ‘Rock of Love’ team, Angel starred in a series of videos called “Get Sexy Fit,” which help women get in shape by lap dancing, pole dancing and “strip and strut” moves. One clip shows her grooving to the song, “Do you want a better sex life?”
David Passick, manager of the singer whose work in the show scored him a Tony nomination for “Best Performance by a Lead Actor,” was reluctant to get involved in the story;
“This is not something on which I would normally comment. I haven’t spoken to him,” was the nervous reply.
A rep for the show itself refused to discuss the events, and Ms. Reed is so far not answering e-mails…

Lindsay Lohan Got Off On Technicality When Cop Initially Confused ’s Cocaine for Breath Mint

As she continues to walk on the edge of losing her freedom, as it turns out Lindsay Lohan barely escaped prosecution for a more serious crime a few years ago. Before getting into that, the wake of Lindsay’s current path of destruction now includes a new lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, which alleges she racked up a bill of $17,060.83 when she convinced the owners her business manager would pay the bill. The owners claims Lindsay committed premeditated fraud and are seeking the balance — $16,880.63 — plus interest and punitive damages. Penny ante stuff for Lindsay really but if one petty little crime doesn’t get her another eventually will?
Meanwhile back in day, TMZ reports that when Lindsay was pulled over for DUI back in 2007, the cop involved found a Clinique sun car card with a powdery substance on it in her back pocket. The cop somehow came to the conclusion that the white powder must be a crushed breath mint, and so he threw it in the trash before reconsidering.
Officer Knucklehead wrote in his report: “Some of the white substance fell to the floor. I used my foot to see what had fell but thought nothing of it. I did not recognize the substance attached to the card and initially thought the substance was a wet crushed breath mint. I put the card into the jail trash can next to the booking windows. I was looking at the floor and began to recognize the substance as resembling powder cocaine. I then recovered the card from the trash.”
The Clinique coke card could not be used in court, because the officer contaminated it by throwing it in the garbage, and Lohan was able to get away with pleading to the DUI and only spent 84 minutes in jail. Which is why I cringe everytime I see the LA cops involved in high profile cases.

One of Britney Spears’ former bodyguards, Fernando Flores recently accused the singer of sexual harassment. But his latest claims could have the 28-year old singer facing charges of child abuse.

Flores, 29, quit his job two weeks ago as part of Britney’s security team, and has now told detectives a worrying story about her alleged care of her sons.“He claims the first incident was when she came into the pool-house and demanded his belt,” a source tells the Sun. ”He handed it over, then followed her into the house, where he says he then witnessed the alleged incident.”In another story Flores claims Britney served her sons shellfish and other foods to which they were allergic; Thus making them violently ill.For her part, Britney has strongly denied such behavior, insisting she’s never mistreated four-year-old Sean or Jayden, who’s three. But Flores told LA’s Department of Children and Family Services he regards Britney as too mentally unstable to be in charge of the boys.“Britney doesn’t mean to be a bad mom,” says a friend of Fernando. “But he feels she has so many problems she can’t be trusted around her boys.”The events to which Flores refers are supposed to have happened in April or early March. Staff at Child Services tried to interview Britney last week regarding the stories, but she’d left town.Those are the facts as we’re told them. Personally, I say this is just one more PR stunt, but what do you think?…

Jesse James plans to win back Sandra Bullock, say friends

Although the divorce between Sandra Bullock and Jesse James is now final, those close to the custom-bike king are saying he has no plans to ride into the sunset any time soon.

“Jesse is going to win Sandra back if it’s the last thing he does; His life can’t be complete until Sandra is once more his wife,” one friend tells Popeater. ” He messed up badly, but they say love is better the second time around, and Jesse believes they’ll have another chapter.”

Evidence of Jesse’s apparent intent to reclaim his lost love can be found in the fact that he’s currently moving from his home in Long Beach to Austin, Texas – Sandra’s home town.

Jesse, 41, has told reporters he just wants to move so his 6-year-old daughter, Sunny can see Sandra sometimes. But sources insist there’s much more to his plan – Jesse, they claim, misses Sandra immensely.

“Jesse is a tortured man. He blew it big time and will live with regret until he wins Sandra back,” says one insider. “He knows it’s not going to be easy, but he isn’t going to take no for an answer.”

And Jesse’s scheme might even be working – Friends say the pair now talk regularly, and that Sandra gave her decision a great deal of thought before closing the book on their five-years of marriage.
