Just speculating here on the consequences of this, but it seems to now be dawning on Lindsay Lohan, the gravity of her situation according to reports. And the ’situation’ is according to Friends of the troubled star, not only is Lindsay still doing drugs and alcohol, but she can’t stop. The tell TMZ: “She can’t make it through a day without it. She’s a mess.”
Another source says Lindsay wakes up with cravings and satisfies them fast.
Now back in the US, reports are Lindsay is freaking out because, unless her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, can change Judge Marsha Revel’s mind today in court, she will be refrained from consuming alcohol, wearing a SCRAM bracelet to monitor alcohol consumption, and submitting to random drug testing at least once a week. If Lindsay violates any of these conditions, the judge likely would revoke her bail and put her in jail. So if things happen as expected today in court, will Lindsay and her legal team hope she can go cold turkey? Or will she admit defeat and go to rehab claiming it’s “a preventive measure”?
Update: As expected Lindsay was ordered by Judge Revel to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, called a SCRAM device. Lohan will also be subject to weekly random drug testing and is forbidden from drinking any alcohol as conditions for the actress to remain free on bail. The judge also warned Lohan that a missed drug test “is the same as a dirty test” and ordered her to continue attending alcohol education courses once a week. Well if Lindsay is clean as she claims this should all be a minor inconvenience. But if she is totally addicted as claimed this would be a good time to voluntarily go to rehab.

After a great deal of speculation it’s now been revealed that ex American Idol judge, Paula Abdul has scored a new show.The 47-year old dancer will be the lead judge in CBS’s long-overdue venture in the primetime dance genre, with a show that’s already a huge hit in Europe – ‘Got to Dance.’ Created by the same team who brought you ‘Top Chef’ and ‘The Biggest Loser’ Paula’s new dance bonanza is billed as network TV’s first all-ages, all-genres dance show — “From ballroom to break-dance, bhangra to ballet, and tap to tango,” says the press blurb. In what sounds like the same basic format as ‘Idol,’ dancers will compete before a panel of judges, with viewers voting for their favorites in the semi-finals and the big finale.And CBS plan to air the new show in mid-season – which could put it directly against Simon’s final season on Idol. Since her announcement via Twitter that she was leaving ‘Idol’ Paula has been the focus of a great deal of attention from all three network’s suits; ABC offered her a space on “Dancing With the Stars” back in January, and Fox was also reported to be mulling her for Simon Cowell’s next big thing – “The X Factor.” But CBS won the day.And Paula scored quite a package – THR says the new show sees her cast not only as lead judge, but also executive producer, creative partner, mentor and coach to the dancers.
Some say that makes her CBS’s version of Simon Cowell. Could this be partly revenge?And if you think there’s now no chance Paula will be on X-Factor, don’t be concerned – Her reps made it clear to CBS that their star had to be free to do other jobs – like serve as a judge on the rival show. It’s not clear if CBS agreed, but there’s also no news they dropped her, so that looks like it’s done.CBS has now ordered eight episodes of the new show, but it won’t get on the air right away because other unscripted shows (like ‘Undercover Boss’) are scoring well in the ratings and the CBS bosses are keen to keep it that way.

Kendra Wilkinson finds herself in a tough spot now that her sex tape(s) are in the hands of Vivid Entertainment. Reports say her co-star in that first tape is a long-term boyfriend named Justin. They were together from when Kendra left High School in 2003 until Heffner met her at his 78th birthday bash at the Playboy mansion in April 2004.Kendra could reportedly pocket $3 million dollars from the X-rated film, which is set to air online in the next week. She “could get 20 percent of the profits and make $3.2 million easily,” the president of Vivid Video, tells Life & Style magazine.But here’s the catch, if she takes the money she’s risking losing future endorsement deals not to mention her marriage.“Kendra wants it both ways. She wants the money but at the same time wants to pretend she is horrified about the release of the tape,” a source said.
“Kendra knows there is a lot of money she can make being a celebrity mom, endorsing all sorts of baby products. Anderson, 42, who had finished in the bottom two several times this season despite mostly good reviews from the judges, received the lowest votes from the public this week for her fairy-tale waltz with professional partner Damian Andrews. Popular ESPN sports reporter Erin Andrews also found herself at risk of elimination on Tuesday after ending in the bottom two in a shock result that judge Len Goodman called "absolutely heartbreaking." Canadian-born Anderson, a former Playboy model, found worldwide fame as a buxom lifeguard in the 1990s TV series "Baywatch". But the almost 20 million viewers for ABC television's "Dancing With the Stars" never seemed to take to her, despite performances on the show in which she emulated other famous blondes including Marilyn Monroe and Dolly Parton. Anderson, along with eliminated contestants astronaut Buzz Aldrin and TV reality mother of eight Kate Gosselin, has helped the 10th season of "Dancing With the Stars" to its biggest audiences ever. Don’t cheer too loud but today could be the day when Lindsay Lohan’s career finally meets the third rail. The 23-year old actress is due in court to give evidence, and if she doesn’t appear she could wind up in jail.As we’ve mentioned before, LiLo is being sued by three men who claim they were held hostage in their SUV during a wild [allegedly drug-fueled] ride along the Pacific Coast Highway in 2007, with Lindsay at the wheel.
She’s been summoned to give evidence in the case twice before, and she failed both times. Now the Judge is threatening doom if she strikes out once more.
So what does dear old LiLo do? TMZ says she went partying last night at the Chateau Marmont with mommy – until 2am.
If she went straight to bed, on her own, Lohan had time to catch maybe six hours sleep before she’s due in court. If she blows the date this time she loses the case, and that could mean jail time – plus some more for contempt.
Personally, I’ve got bunting, a 50lb cake and a Mariachi band warming up. If the Judge sends her to Rikers it will make my whole day…

If you want the whole world to see you’re dating again, choosing one of NYC’s big social sprees and sharing the red carpet with Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker and others is not a bad plan. And Jude Law and Sienna Miller did just that last night.
The venue for this public declaration of possible doom was the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. 28-year-old Sienna wore a daringly low-cut Emilio Pucci halterneck gown, while her 37-year old ex-fiancee played it safe in in a sharp black-tie outfit.
The couple’s last attempt at romance imploded in 2005 after Jude [who has three children; Rafferty, 13, Iris, age 9, and Rudy, who's 7, with ex-wife Sadie Frost,] admitted an affair with their nanny, Daisy Wright — while already engaged to Sienna.
They reconnected last November while both were on Broadway. The festive season saw them together a lot more, and they then shared a Barbados vacation at New Year’s with Jude’s tiny brood.
Tongues wagged even faster when Sienna was recently seen wearing the vintage diamond ring Jude gave her for their first engagement – But this time the News says it was on her right hand.
She didn’t seem to be wearing it last night.
And to show they plan to make this time work the new couple are said to be scouting homes in the north London suburb of Highgate – Where once again they’d be schmoozing with stars:

We brought you the news two weeks ago, and now the rest of the world has caught up – Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez look like a rock-solid pair.The 37-year old actress was snapped leaving A-Rod’s New York apartment complex early Sunday, carrying luggage. She then sped away from the scene in a waiting SUV, thinking she hadn’t been seen.
She was wrong.
And this was the end of a long night which began as the pair dined with Kate Winslet at the
“They all shared a meal and several bottles of French wine,” a hotel source told reporters.
The new couple were also spied together on Friday at ‘The Macao Trading Company’ on Church Street, a highly regarded restaurant which serves a blend of European and Asian cuisines. The 34-year old Yankees’ third baseman got there late, so in a revealing act of romantic indulgence Cameron ordered for two;
“She asked for plain, steamed fish with vegetables,” a source tells Us.
They were joined at Macao by Drew Barrymore. And while spies say the new couple didn’t seem too affectionate there was a rather cute game of musical chairs – Drew and Cameron were sitting together, but Drew moved as soon as A-Rod arrived so he could sit next to Cameron instead.
Now ain’t that sweet?
This low-key romance has been simmering since Cam was spied “grinding” with Alex at a Pre-Super Bowl party in February. But will it last? Both have a fondness for dating, so there could be stormy waters ahead.

According to the New York Daily News, Tiger has met with Jeff Fisher, who represented golfer Greg Norman in his split from wife Laura, and Brooke Gordon in her divorce battle against NASCAR superstar Jeff Gordon.
Fisher is based in West Palm Beach, FL. He enjoys the local media attention that's come from his many cases involving the super-rich, but that's something that may put him at odds with the very private Woods.
As RadarOnline.com has been reporting, Woods' wife Elin Nordegren is in Sweden with the couple's two children.
