Lindsay Lohan parties with Mommy before big day in court  

Don’t cheer too loud but today could be the day when Lindsay Lohan’s career finally meets the third rail. The 23-year old actress is due in court to give evidence, and if she doesn’t appear she could wind up in jail.

As we’ve mentioned before, LiLo is being sued by three men who claim they were held hostage in their SUV during a wild [allegedly drug-fueled] ride along the Pacific Coast Highway in 2007, with Lindsay at the wheel.

She’s been summoned to give evidence in the case twice before, and she failed both times. Now the Judge is threatening doom if she strikes out once more.

So what does dear old LiLo do? TMZ says she went partying last night at the Chateau Marmont with mommy – until 2am.

If she went straight to bed, on her own, Lohan had time to catch maybe six hours sleep before she’s due in court. If she blows the date this time she loses the case, and that could mean jail time – plus some more for contempt.

Personally, I’ve got bunting, a 50lb cake and a Mariachi band warming up. If the Judge sends her to Rikers it will make my whole day…
