Chynna Phillips filed for divorce Friday, weeks after checking out of a facility to treat anxiety, then withdrew the papers this week.

Chynna Phillips has withdrawn divorce papers she filed against husband Billy Baldwin.

"They're not getting divorced," says her manager Lizzie Grubman. "She filed and withdrew. They are going to work out their issues."
