Alleged Tiger Woods mistress, Rachel Uchitel, denies tabloid tails of affair

it seems these days we should not be overly shocked about the private lives of anyone, this rumor leaves me in disbelief. Supposedly golfer extraordinaire Tiger Woods is cheating on Elin Norgegren, his wife of six years and mother of his two children, with Rachel Uchitel (photo top), the same woman that Bones star David Boreanaz allegedly had an affair with when his wife was pregnant earlier this year. The National Enquirer in this week’s issue, has pictures of Uchitel, 34, arriving at Tiger’s hotel in Melbourne, and claims the affair has had tour stops in New York, and Las Vegas as well. National Enquirer stories run the gamete of fiction to right on the money, so while I hope this story isn’t true, it bares watching

It wouldn’t be a new day month without a David Hasselhoff being rushed to the hospital after one of his daughters called 911 story. I have one from October, September, and May of this year, and sadly there are probably other instances we don’t know about. Hoff’s spokesperson usually denies the story soon after blaming an allergic reaction, or a vindictive wife, but come on this is just a very disturbed man.




This time daughter Hayley who Hoff is supposed to be taking care of, once again called an ambulance Friday, according to RadarOnline. Radar says the Hoff was on a two day bender this time and a neighbor saw him being taken away and was told by a paramedics on the scene:



“I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he’d had a seizure.”



He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center who keep a bed ready for him (sarcasm). Sorry but Hasselhoff just seems beyond any self control, and doing this crap on the Holidays while home with his daughter is just BS.

As you likely know by now, Tiger Woods was injured in a car crash outside his home in Florida. Woods, backed out of his home at 2:25 a.m. Friday, and hit a fire hydrant and a tree with his 2009 Cadillac sports utility vehicle. Leaving your home at that time of night and plowing into objects allegedly hard enough to injure yourself (he suffered facial injuries), raises suspicions and leaves a few obvious scenarios. You are under the influence of something (authorities ruled out alcohol), or your in a big rush and perhaps in emotional stress. The later seems to be exactly what happened. According to TMZ, both Tiger and his wife Elin Nordegren, individually made statements to the police that they were having an argument at the time of the accident. The old husband storms out of house in a huff and backs into a fire hydrant scenario. While speculating on why they were arguing at that time of night will be the topic of the day tomorrow, one scenario will be played up for sure. As we reported yesterday, the National Enquirer broke a story that Tiger is having a secret affair. That could certainly be a cause for late night domestic argument.




It’s now been reported by Windermere police chief Daniel Saylor, that officers found Tiger laying in the street with his wife, Elin, hovering over him.



She told officers she was in the house when she heard the accident and “came out and broke the back window with a golf club.” Woods had lacerations to his upper and lower lips, and he had blood in his mouth, Saylor said.



You think she heard the accident and the first thing she does is grab a golf club before she came out? How about they had a knockdown drag out fight, he tries to leave in SUV, with Elin in pursuit and when he doesn’t stop, she start swinging golf club at back window and he crashes into fire hydrant? Just saying we’re probably never gonna know what really happened.

Sure the party-crashing couple from Virginia did go through metal detectors, before entering the dinner, however, critics point out, the party-crashers could have carried a dangerous chemical agent, such as Anthrax into the White House undetected. Although the couple’s lawyer claim his clients didn’t gate-crash, the Secret Service is preparing to file criminal charges against the couple, according to Secret Service spokesman Jim Mackin.

Being online we have a chance to rescue ourselves quickly when needed, from bad information quickly unlike your typical newspaper. I had to laugh though and wonder how my local newspaper feels today, about publishing the frontpage headline, “Tiger Rescued By Wife.” As I surmised last night and seems to be gaining more credence is the headline probably should read, “Tiger Got His Ass Kicked By Elin”. I don’t want to take too much delight in calling this, which I did here, because actually I am deeply saddened that Tiger’s image is likely to be badly tarnished and more than likely his marriage is in serious doubt too. But let’s face the facts, people don’t go backing out of their home’s at 2:25 a.m. Friday, and hit a fire hydrant and a tree with his 2009 Cadillac sports utility vehicle without something going on. Wives (even Tiger’s) don’t go running out of their homes carry a golf club when they hear their husbands crash and smash the back windows to rescue them. Especially when they already admitted to having a domestic fight beforehand. What was the fight about? As we reported on Thursday, the National Enquirer broke a story that Tiger is having a secret affair. TMZ is now reporting, Elin confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman as we already speculated. The argument got heated and, according to their source, she scratched his face up. Tiger tried to beat a hasty retreat with Elin in hot pursuit with a golf club. Using a golfing analogy, Tiger’s drive went astray when Elin repeatedly swung her trusty club at the vehicle. Hey golfers are notorious for getting spooked easily when driving. Okay not funny, but you get the point of what likely caused the crash and what an embarrassing situation this is. And on a side note, man it sounds like Elin has got some temper

So if your reading this I assume you follow and enjoy DWTS.  Me too, but I went into this week very disappointed by Joanna Krupa, being voted off last week.  And voted off she was as the  judges scores should have sent her to the finals.  I mention this for 2 reasons.  I think Mya is the best dancer remaining, but  her professional partner Dmitry Chaplin is so far an inconsistent choreographer IMHO, and it bit them in the final free style dance, opening the door for Donny Osmond and partner Kym Johnson. I think Donny has the biggest fan base so coming in second last night might be all he needs to win it all.  While Kelly Osbourne  and her partner Louis van Amstel are solid, I think overall the level of dancing in the final was a bit off from previous seasons.  I think Krupa and her partner extraordinaire Derek Hough would have made last nights final far more exciting.  Joanna is a statuesque dancer and Derek is one of the best choreographers among the pros, so I think their free style dance would have been noteworthy.  Anyway it looks like it is down to Mya and Donny now.  I am cheering for Mya, but hypothetically betting on Donny.

Michael Jackson won four American Music Awards on Sunday night, amazing since the nominations were  from a Greatest Hits album that’s over six years old,  but most the talk this morning seems to be around Adam Lanbert’s risque performance.  Jackson was named favorite male artist in the pop/rock and soul/R&B categories. His 2003 greatest-hits album, “Number Ones,” also won favorite album in both categories. Jackson’s trophies were accepted by his brother Jermaine, who paid tribute to his late brother by wearing a glittery white glove.  Taylor Swift was the big winner (again) as the year’s favorite artist and the evening’s top winner.  The 19-year-old took the evening’s top award, giving Jackson his only loss of the night, and five trophies in all.
The performance-filled show closed with a sexed-up S&M-themed,performance by Adam Lambert, to promote his new album, which included him shoving a male dancer’s face in his crotch.  Jennifer Lopez’s visual spectacular dressed as a boxing champ, was cool, though I didn’t dig the song that much.  She did manage to knock herself onto her butt (the 3 minute mark) while jumping off of a dancer’s back, but didn’t miss a dance or musical beat (she was lip syncing).

In a bidding war that must have resembled Las Vegas, cable channel FX  (standing for Fox extended) has secured the rights to the Twilight movie franchise.


Under the new deal, FX will start airing the first “Twilight,” movie in the fall of 2011. “New Moon,” which hauled in $142.8-million in the US alone last weekend, will air a year later, and “Twilight: Eclipse,” which debuts nationwide on June 30 next year will begin its commercial-riddled tenure on FX in 2013.

Twilight’s fourth installment, however, is still up in the air – “Breaking Dawn” the fourth book in Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” series has yet to receive a firm production commitment from Summit, the saga’s producers.

But such box-office gold does not come cheap – Fees for a movie are based on its US box-office performance, so on current intake alone Twilight II could cost FX around $17-million. And that fee more than doubles if New Moon takes over $200-million within the US.

With their huge fan appeal, all four films could thus cost the channel over $100-million to play.

Summit’s new Oscar hopeful, “The Hurt Locker,” the Nicolas Cage thriller “Knowing” and Dakota Fanning’s new action-drama “Push” are also included in FX’s upcoming schedule, and all will start airing in mid-2012.

And vampires are not all FX has been hunting – The Hollywood Reporter reveals they’ve also signed deals to play “2012,” “Star Trek,” “Night at the Museum II,” “Transformers” “The Proposal” and “Zombieland,” plus every movie in the “X-Men” and “Ice Age” series.

But, by then who would watch?…

Having been far less lucky in love in real life than she is on the screen, Meg Ryan is now said to be getting very friendly with former Nip/Tuck and Fantastic Four star, Julian McMahon.

Spies tell Entertainment and Showbiz that Meg, 48, who divorced Dennis Quaid in July of 2001 and had a brief but doomed fling with Russell Crowe in 2000, has now been engaging in numerous dates all over L.A with the 41-year old actor, during which onlookers describe their behavior as remarkably ‘cozy.’

For his part, Julian, 41, who married Danni Minogue in 1994 and divorced a year later, then married ‘Melrose Place’ star Brooke Burns and divorced her in just two, was most recently linked to model Kelly Paniagua. But his reps now refuse to confirm or deny if those two are even together right now.

Apparently, Katie Price, a.k.a Jordan, couldn’t take the pressure. She has quit the show ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’, after she was faced with her seventh trial. Fans just couldn’t get enough of seeing Jordan suffer, and voted furiously to make sure there was no rest for the wicked.

“The way I’ve been treated on the show by the viewers, you’d think I was the most hated woman in Britain,” she said, after being told she would have to face yet another grueling and terrifying task, by viewer vote.

Funny, that.
She decided to walk out of the jungle and off the show, though producers tried desperately to get her to stay.

“I swore on my kids’ lives I’m not doing any more,” the model explained to her camp mates, giving further evidence of her classy nature and killer parenting skills.
“I am just not doing any more. I have said to them I am not doing it.”

The sardonic tone of my writing may have left some of you with the impression that I am glad that Jordan is gone, but au contraire !
There is nothing in the world as horribly entertaining as Jordan. From her fake tan, to the allegations of her childless sex vacations, to her big bag of crazy that she seems to carry with her at all times, I am hooked.
You will be missed, Jordan. At least, until your next attention whoring move to capture the attention of British media.

 Despite a net worth said to be around $50-million and rising, Olympian star Michael Phelps is now facing an entirely new challenge – TMZ says the IRS have stuck him with a five-figure tax bill.
A tax lien filed last year by the state of California against the 14-time Olympic gold medalist demands $23,289.16 in overdue taxes for 2005 and 2006. Three years later the bill is unpaid, and the feds can foreclose on his house if they don’t get the cash.
And this isn’t the first time the 24-year old champ has faced stormy waters – Early this year his golden image was tarnished after photos surfaced of him with a bong, which won him a three-month suspension from swimming. And in August he was involved in minor fender-bender in Baltimore and scored a $40 citation when he showed the cops an out-of-state license.
Last week he also competed in five races at a swim meet in Stockholm and failed to win even one. In three of the races he didn’t even make it through to the finals. And what was dolphin-boy’s reason for this sluggish performance?
“I’ll be the first to admit I’m not in the greatest shape…But I am going to get up and race as hard as I can, I tell you that.” he told the press.
With a recent history like that, he’ll need to work even harder to get the IRS off his back…

You know we can’t go more than a day without posting some juicy Jon and Kate news, and today we got some new deets about the last episode of their TLC show, and the status of their divorce.
First of all, the show.
The last episode will apparently show the two taking their eight kids on separate day outings. Jon has selected a firehouse next to their home, while Kate has chosen to take the kids to a dairy farm.
Has neither of them heard of the zoo?
Anyway, the show wil end with a ‘heartfelt’ montage with the two of them speaking about the experience of the past, and what might be coming in the future.
Sounds like the perfect end-of-series cheesefest to me.
As for the divorce:
According to sources, the day started a little shakily with Jon showing up to court with a bunch of roses, which Kate rejected.
However, arbitration went well. They have settled on a number of issues, and the second day of arbitration was canceled.
The ruling is set to be made within the month, which means the couple may be able to make a clean break by the new year, and start fresh.
Now, if only Kate could pull the stick from her ass, and Jon could stop being so greasy and sleazy, they might come out of this as better people.

After recent romantic disasters with aspiring leeches actresses, it looks like Jude Law has taken refuge in the arms of a trusted old flame; Sienna Miller.
Despite recent rumors and telling reporters for ages that they’re ‘just friends,’ the pair were spotted together at chic New York nightclub, ‘The Box’ late Thursday night, and insiders told the Daily News this so-called ‘friendship’ seems remarkably strong.
Fresh from their sell-out shows over on Broadway, the pair arrived together at the two-story theater on Chrystie Street whose plush fabrics and fringes are designed to resemble the decadent glories of the Follies Bergere, and these ‘friends’ got more and more cozy together as the evening wore on;
“They got a table with some other actors around 1am,” says a source. “At one point, Jude ordered shots and was urging Sienna to take one. They were laughing a lot and whispering to each other – they were really having a good time.”
Jude and Sienna first connected officially when they announced their engagement in January of 2005. Six months later, she broke it off when Jude confessed to a fling with their nanny. They reconnected briefly later that year, but broke up ‘for good’ in early 2006. But Jude now seems to have mended his ways;
“Jude’s a regular, and a lot of people know him here,” says the spy. “A ton of people came up to say hi – most of them female – but Jude only seemed interested in Sienna.”
Reps for both actors have since denied any hint of a romance, claiming they’ve met several times but there’s no chance they could rekindle the love. But the folks at that party didn’t see it that way.

Swift, 19, accepted her awards live via satellite from backstage at London's Wembley Arena, where she will perform a concert on Monday. She was named favorite female artist in the pop/rock and country categories, and favorite adult-contemporary artist -- tributes to her wide crossover appeal. Her 2008 album "Fearless," the best-selling release in the United States this year, was named favorite country album. Jackson was named favorite male artist in the pop/rock and soul/R&B categories. In a decision destined to leave Robert Pattinson’s legions of devoted admirers in confused desolation, the judges at People have named Johnny Depp the ‘Sexiest Man Alive,’ for 2009.
Wresting the the title from last year’s winner, Hugh Jackman, this is the second time the 46-year old Kentucky-born actor has gained the odd, but still highly prized accolade. He first won in 2003, and also secured the magazine’s nomination as one of ‘The 50 Most Beautiful People in the World,’ back in 1996.
Only Brad Pitt, Richard Gere and George Clooney have won the ‘SMA’ award twice, but with typical reserve Johnny has made no self-serving statement about this good fortune. Last night he was seen at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, toasting his great friend and co-conspirator, Tim Burton at a retrospective event showcasing Tim’s paintings and other goth-inspired artwork.
And while his role as Jack Sparrow has brought Johnny a fanbase of millions, he’s not due to revisit the role until 2011. But if you’re a fan – and who isn’t – and you need a quick fix, he’s now in post-production for his role as ‘The Mad Hatter’ in Tim’s unique version of ‘Alice in Wonderland,’ which opens across the country on March 5th…

So, here we are – Wednesday already and still no self-serving stunt from Paris Hilton and man-hamster, Doug Reinhardt.

Wait, what’s this? No, folks, the girl has zero talent, but she does not disappoint…
Sources are now saying that Paris and Doug got into a fight in the early hours of this morning – right in the middle of her Hollywood Hills drive. Their poor, blighted neighbors called the cops – yet again – and the LAPD’s finest had to waste more time on these trolls.
TMZ is reporting that Paris and Doug got into a Hollywood-style grudge-match, screaming at each other in front of her house. This tinsel-town tantrum then got so loud, the neighbors called 911 and reported “Drunk people arguing.”
A neighbor says they saw Doug getting into his car as his jobless companion was screaming, “Don’t go!” Doug then exited the vehicle and the fame-loving friends started ’shoving’ each other. But once the scene was complete they re-entered the house.
The cops then arrived, spoke to Paris and left. No charges are pending, so the whole thing should end there, right? Not while’s there’s a chance of free press, so it seems.
Sounds okay, I guess. Except for one tiny snag – She was seen in the drive by that neighbor.

According to  a new Forbes magazine annual list, if your a Hollywood producer looking for the most bang for your buck, in hiring a movie actor, Shia LaBeouf is the man to choose, while Will Ferrell should be avoided for now.  LaBeouf has been named Forbes’ Best Actor for the Buck – for every dollar he pockets for a film, his movies earn an average of $160. Meanwhile Ferrell Tops the Most Overpaid as Hollywood’s Most Overpaid Star, according to Forbes researchers estimating his films earn just $3.29 for every dollar he takes home. To qualify for Forbes’ Most Overpaid Stars list, each actor had to have starred in at least three movies over the last five years that opened in more than 500 theaters, so it’s more than just a question of having your last movie bomb.  Forbes then applies a formula that calculated the actor’s estimated salary on each film, including DVD and TV sales, compared to the film’s total revenues.
So for Ferrell it seems more a trend that people are growing tired of his schtick, with his last big movies, “Land of the Lost,” “Semi-Pro”, and “Step Brothers” seen as disappointments. Highly paid Ewan McGregor, along with Billy Bob Thornton, Eddie Murphy and Ice Cube round out the top five overpaid stars, while Tom Cruise, Drew Barrymore, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson and Jim Carrey are in the top 10, of actors who cost more to hire than they appear to be worth at box offices. I am quite surprised that DiCaprio is  in this list and not at all surprised about Eddie Murphy frankly.  On the top of the best actor list following LaBeouf, are Robert Downey Jr., Christian Bale and Dennis Quaid.  Here’s the bottom ten, with the full list at the Forbes Web site.

New details have emerged about Michael Barrett, the man who stalked and posted nude videos of Erin Andrew online.
According to police, the (alleged) sick bastard stalked the ESPN commentator for months, calling her hotels to find out what room she was in, and then getting an adjoining room.
Once there, he would rig a camera to her peephole, taking nude videos of the blond beauty without her knowledge.
Apparently, this went on for months during 2008.
Barrett was caught after posting a video on Google, promising viewers the chance to see Andrew’s “naked butt”.
If convicted of his stalking charges, Barrett could face up to 5 years in federal prison. It’s a shame he couldn’t face more IMHO.

Kirsten Dunst was quoted in a recent magazine interview with Allure on a few revelations about her life.

She started out talking about her ex-boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal. The two were together for a little over two years, and lived together for much of that time. However, they split up in 2004.

“It would be nice to see him, but we’re not good friends,” the actress admitted.

While Jake is now dating Reese Witherspoon, one might wonder who’s frequenting Kirsten’s bed of late? Apparently nobody but her girlfriends.

“My girlfriends will sleep in bed with me, but no guests, not long-term, anyway,” she said, speaking about single life. I guess the rumors of her ‘enormous’ crush on Robert Pattinson, haven’t been fulfilled just yet.

She also recently took a road trip with her friend, to see how the rest of America lives, seeing New Orleans, the Grand Canyon, and Graceland.

“After we were done, I was like, ‘Wow, America is so poor’. Just the towns you come across — all that’s there are restaurants and gas stations. There are beautiful stretches of pasture, but for the most part, people live simply. The East and West Coast are so different from the rest of America.”

Dunst also spoke about her role in murder-mystery ‘All Good Things,’ which is why she’s giving interviews in the first place:

“After this film, I think people will see me in a different light. You can explore stuff inside yourself that you can’t really mess around with in real life, and it is such a release. In ‘All Good Things’ I got to play out things emotionally-I can recognize the behavior that I share with this character, then work things out that I didn’t have a way of expressing.”

When Jon Gosselin decided he had enough of his wife Kate and being a Reality TV dad, instead of quietly and with dignity pondering his next move, he seemed to totally lose his mind.  He seemed hell bent on finding a good time and the tabloids as we all know now ate him alive.
As the smoke clears from his recent past transgressions, TLC filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against  Gosselin, accusing the Jon and Kate Plus 8 star of violating his contract by making paid and unpaid TV appearances without the cable network’s permission.  Gosselin in turn filed a $5 million claim against the network, saying its representatives damaged his reputation and career by preventing him from working with other media outlets. All this while still going through what looks like a contentious divorce.
But now there could be a new law suit coming at Jon, to join his legal party. Gosselin’s next courtroom rival could be his first known post Kate fling, Kate Major.  Apparently Kate wasn’t just a sexual comfort Jon sought, but an alleged former employee. Gosselin entered into a handwritten contract with the former Star magazine reporter wherein he hired her as his personal assistant, according to a document posted to Radar Online. Major who seemed devastated when Jon dumped her after their quick fling, now seems gearing up to sue him for breach of contract.  “Kate (Major) called me and has retained my services regarding a possible breach of contract between herself and Jon Gosselin,” attorney Ben Pietra revealed to Radar Online.  Jon has recently made some gestures, indicating he’s starting to realize he can’t run around like an over sexed teenager with his head cut off.  But it looks like significant damage has already been done to his reputation and perhaps soon his pocketbook.

(HMG) — Nicole Richie has checked herself into a Los Angeles hospital, after complaining of feeling badly for days. Nicole’s rep issued this statement to UsWeekly: “Nicole has checked into Ceders Sinai where she is being treated for pneumonia. She is doing well.”
On Monday, Richie was visibly ailing, coughing as she testified at a court hearing to get restraining orders against two paparazzi. Richie, 28, has been sick for over a week, forced to bow out of the Nov. 10 launch of her House of Harlow jewelry at Bebe in L.A., Citing illness.

(HMG) – There were always stories among ‘Twlight’ fans about the part of Jacob Black almost going to someone else for the sequel, after it was obvious that Taylor Lautner would be unable to bulk up enough to fill the role once again.
But, as we all already know, he surprised everyone, beefing up over the course of a year, and reprising his role as the Native American werewolf in ‘New Moon’.
Today, he took some time to chat with MTV to talk about what really happened.

“[So] I tried to focus on what I could control the whole time and not let whatever was going on outside get to me. And that’s what I did.
“During that whole time, there was no director attached, so nobody could make that kind of decision or announcement without the director. As soon as Chris Weitz became attached, I had all my work done that I had been doing over the past nine, 10 months; it was all good to go.

“It’s not like I went in there trying to pitch myself. It really got blown into something in the media, but that’s what I try to stay away from. Chris was always extremely supportive, and I was glad to have him behind me.
“My main goal going into this film was to bring alive both sides of Jacob; I wanted to capture and continue what I started in ‘Twilight.’ Jacob is best friends with Bella, and then as soon as I transform, I just completely snap and become a different person. So I really hope that came across. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see and hear from the fans when it comes out.”

I think nearly all Twilight fans would have been upset it Taylor Lautner had been replaced, so it all worked out for the best.

Former feared heavyweight champion Mike Tyson was arrested at the LAX airport on Wednesday night, when he allegedly got into an altercation with a paparazzo outside the United terminal.
Photographer Tony Echevarria, says that Tyson struck him once in the face in a scuffle that ended with both men being booked and released on suspicion of misdemeanor battery Wednesday. Echevarria went down after the blow, and a hospital treated him for a cut to the forehead. Tyson alleged through a spokeswoman that the photographer behaved aggressively and attacked him while he was traveling with his wife and 10-month-old child. Tyson told investigators that the photographer struck him in an apparent attempt to provoke him. His spokeswoman said Tyson “acted in self defense as a father protecting his child.” Some eyewitness accounts back each of the versions. Both men have said they intend to press charges of misdemeanor battery against each other.

The ex-boyfriend of Carrie Prejean that she made an X-rated tape for has come forward and told TMZ that she asked him to lie about her age.
According to the man, who asked to remain anonymous, Prejean recently asked him to lie and say she had been 17, even though she had been 20 at the time the tape was made.
The implication seems to be that she is trying to make it out to be a teenage mistake, brought partially on by the stresses of an evil, secular society.
If found that she had been lying about her age in the tape, it would prove several things, such as the fact that it was not a mistaken impulse from a lovestruck teenage girl, and that she is openly trying to turn the whole thing in her favor.
Things seem to be looking progressively worst for Miss Prejean.

Sad news is emerging that ‘Lipstick Jungle’ star, Lindsay Price has split from boyfriend, Josh Radner after over a year of what seemed to outsiders as the perfect connection. The 32-year old actress met the Ohio native, who plays Ted Mosby on ‘How I Met Your Mother,’ on the set of his show back in 2007, but their great romance didn’t start for over a year.
“We met again a year-and-a-half later in New York,” Lindsay told People in June. “We went to have dinner near the Bowery. It went really well.”
So what went wrong? No-one’s saying…At least, not to the press. “They aren’t together any more,” said one keen-eyed source told reporters. “No major reason – it was just time,” they confirmed. But other insiders were more forthcoming;
“She ended it,” says one unnamed source. “They have different lifestyles; He’s a bit of a homebody, while she likes to go out and have fun,” we’re told. But the snitch says in spite of the break-up the two are “still friends”.
Their last conjoined outing was when the two former lovers attended the Emmy Awards in September. Where they both go from here is now anyone’s guess…

The two mindless parents who claimed their 6-year old son was trapped in rogue balloon just to gain press attention for a reality show pitch have now taken a plea bargain to avoid prison time.
As part of their blame-shirking deal, amateur storm-chaser, Richard Heene, 48, will plead guilty to ‘attempting to influence a public servant’, which is a felony, thereby closing the case brought on by the stunt he and his wife perpetrated on October 15.
Meanwhile, wife Mayumi – a Japanese citizen – who faced deportation if stronger charges were filed will now plead guilty to ‘false reporting,’ which a low-grade misdemeanor.
“Mayumi could have been deported and Richard would then face trial, with a good chance of acquittal,” David Lane, the Heene’s attorney told the AP. “But this would mean a risk of the wife and mother being removed and deported. That was not acceptable, therefore these pleas.” he explained.
The self-serving saga gripped TV audiences all over the world when 6-year-old Falcon Heene was reported to be adrift and in danger in the fast-moving balloon, but global concern turned to multinational anger when the truth of their claims was revealed.
Well-known in their home town of Fort Collins as amateur storm chasers, the Heenes have also appeared on ABC’s, “Wife Swap.” Friends now say Richard concocted this plot to get a show of his own, which he called “The Science Detectives” or “The Psyience Detectives.”
The charges against them would have sent Richard to jail for 4-6 years, but the plea deal now means they will just get probation. There’s no court date as yet, but we’ll bring you that news when it comes…

Teenage singing sensation Taylor Swift claimed a piece of music history on Wednesday when she became the youngest artist ever to win the coveted title of Entertainer of the Year at the Country Music Awards.

Swift, 19, also claimed awards for Female Vocalist of the Year, Music Video of the Year for her song "Love Story" and Album of the Year with "Fearless."

"I'll never forget this moment because at this moment everything that I ever wanted has just happened to me," a tearful Swift said when accepting her award.

The fan favorite also had some fun at the expense of rap star Kanye West, who last month interrupted her acceptance speech at the MTV Music Video Awards by rushing onto the stage and telling the audience that R&B star Beyonce -- and not Swift -- should have won best female video.

"I want to thank every single person here tonight for not running up on stage during this speech," Swift said when picking up her trophy for female vocalist.

After the show, Swift told reporters she would always be grateful. "I feel so lucky. This has been a fun night," she said.

She won Entertainer of the Year over some of the biggest names in country music, including Kenny Chesney, who had claimed the honor for three straight years heading into Wednesday's ceremony in the capitol of country, Nashville.

The Country Music Awards are one of the year's top honors for county and western singers.

In other awards, Darius Rucker, frontman for pop band Hootie and the Blowfish, was given the CMA's New Artist of the Year award for his first country album, "Learn to Live," which has sold over 1 million copies.

Rucker performed his song "Alright," running into the audience as he sang, and backstage he talked to reporters about being only the second African American to win a major individual CMA award. The first was Charley Pride.

"I'm proud to be that guy who picked up where Charley left off," Rucker said, "But I'm a musician. I want to sing and all that other stuff is for you guys to talk about."

Last year's winner of the New Artist award, the trio Lady Antebellum, picked up two CMA awards this time around, best Vocal Group and Single of the Year for "I Run To You."

Singer Brad Paisley also claimed two awards for Male Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year for his "Start A Band" duet with Keith Urban.

Mania.com has reported that a ‘reliable source’ within the Spider Man production has given them the name of the latest comic book villan to be introduced in the new movie.
According to the source, Rachel McAdams has been cast to play the Black Cat.
For those of you not fans of the comic, or of the old cartoons, the Black Cat was a female cat burglar who robbed from the rich, while simultaneously trying to get her ill father out of prison.
She becomes obsessed with Spider Man, stalking him as a kind of love interest, until the two finally become allies, then friends, then begin a romance.
Some might question the choice of McAdams for the role.
She is a sweet-faced, wholesome actress that is known more for her work on movies like “The Notebook.”
But she has been stepping out of those roles, such as with her newest role in the new Sherlock Holmes monstrosity, due out next year. Maybe she will surprise us. Oh and hints are there will be a second, probably darker villain for spidey to battle.

Most would agree it has been a long time coming. Levi Johnston has decided to sue for joint custody of his son, Tripp.
According to Levi, the Palin family has made it near to impossible to see his infant son, and he has grown tired of the games.

“It’s not working. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge,” he told The Insider.

With a bitter battle brewing for months between Levi and Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor, VP nomination, ‘Death Panels’ originator, and mom of his ex, Bristol.
The two have been fighting endlessly in the media, about everything from the way the Palin’s handle media exposure, to Levi’s posing in one of the strangest ‘Who Cares?’ editions of Playgirl ever.
But Palin’s camp have made their own statement on the issue:

“Other than noting that Tripp’s father is always welcome to visit his son, we are unable to respond to these allegations as it is inappropriate to discuss child custody matters publicly.”

Twilight starlet Christian Serratos bares buns for anti-fur PETA ad

 

Twilight starlet Christian Serratos is the latest celebrity to participate in PETA’s “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” ad campaign. Serratos, 19,  previously has been associated with squeaky-clean shows like ‘Hannah Montana,’ ‘Zoey 101′ and ‘7th Heaven,’ so this is gonna spice up her image. Christian’s naked ad debut, also seems to be part of the run-up to the Twilight Saga: New Moon,’ which opens November 20. The photo is set in the woods and even has same color scheme “New Moon” has had in advertising.
