The alleged incident happened around 2:46 AM Friday at Guys and Dolls, a club in West Hollywood. According to Nicole, the attack happened after she spilled her drink on Francis. She says Francis became enraged and grabbed her by the hair, punched her, threw her to the ground where he kicked her – Radar Online reports. One of Jayde’s friends tried to fight him off and Francis allegedly hit that girl also. Security was called in to try and break it up. Jenner tried to grab Francis’ and ended up ripping his shirt. Francis then ran out of club and hasn’t been seen since. A police report has been filed and Nicole said she would press charges.

Audrina Patridge was all done up while filming The Hills in Hollywood this week and yesterday in Venice. Most of you aren't too excited for the big changes coming to the show this season, which sound like they mean more drama for Audrina. The fighting Gallagher brothers were at it again apparently having another go at each other. Lead guitarist Noel Gallagher announced he had left the band in a short statement on their website (oasisinet.com) last night, blaming his cantankerous relationship with brother Liam for his decision.
He said: “It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.
“Apologies to all the people who bought tickets for the shows in Paris, Konstanz and Milan.”
It has been reported the brothers had a fist fight shortly before they were to take to the stage to play Paris’ Rock en Seine festival yesterday, resulting in Noel calling it quits.

“They were very rude and unprofessional and I was fired from the set along with another girl,” the 31-year-old blond beauty was quoted by Fox.

“I decided that I was just going to be very reserved and rude and preferred never to talk to them, we wouldn’t give them the time of day or any hope of there being an after party and we did not express that we were remotely interested in hanging out with them at any point, so I guess that made them upset and bitter.
“If there is a shot where we’re all in the limo and the camera is rolling, it’s us all having fun, they have their hands all over us and then when the cameras stop I expect them to reel back to being normal, but they continued the partying off camera and we made that clear.”

This weekend is all about blood, guts, peace, and love at the movies with three releases that should get people into theaters. Rob Zombie takes another stab at Michael Myers in the graphic re-imagination of Halloween II, Final Destination is back with a new group of teens trying to outwit death in 3D, and Taking Woodstock takes you back to the high times in upstate New York.

Halloween II
What has become common with horror films their was no pre-screening of this film for critics so you won’t see any professional reviews until later today or tomorrow, but if you are a horror fan do you really care what they think? The first Rob Zombie Halloween was dark, violent, and creepy – is there any reason to think that his second version will be anything less than what it set out to be – a twisted horror movie?
Final Destination 3D
You knew death would come knocking again as this franchise continues to pull in money on DVD. This time a group of young adults hit up some NASCAR only to have on member of the group see their death after a violent car crash. His friends of course leave thinking he is nuts, only to see his vision some true second later. How are these people connected to the people who have died in previous version is something we will have to wait to find out, but it’s in 3D so it should be a fun ride. I will be seeing this film tonight because my wife is a horror freak and has been looking forward to this movie for a few months. I will let you know how it is after I see it.
Taking Woodstock
Taking Woodstock was screened for the critics so their are some reviews and they are good, but nothing out of this world. The movie depicts a young man working at his parents motel in upstate New York who inadvertently sets in motion what will become a generation changing event – Woodstock. I have no desire to see this movie since I am too young for the Woodstock generation, but I expect to have a decent of not impressive showing this weekend.
Mariah Carey will release her 12th studio album on September 15th, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, and cover of Foreigner’s I Want To Know What Love Is has hit the web.

Adam Goldstein, better known as DJ AM, survived a plane crash a year ago along with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, but tonight he was found dead in his New York City apartment. Goldstein was found face down and shirtless in his apartment and the circumstances surrounding his death were called unclear, but nothing criminal is currently suspected. The famous DJ shot to mainstream media fame when he started dating reality star Nicole Richie. The cause of death will not be made available until the medical examiner performs an autopsy and I would assume toxicology tests. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
While Jim Halpert, his character in NBC’s ‘The Office,’ is about to get married to his long-time acquaintance, John Krasinski is set to achieve a unique double-header – He’s now set to marry the actress, Emily Blunt. The 6′3” Massachusetts-born actor has been dating British import, Ms. Blunt, 26, since last November, but neither has married before. “We can confirm that John and Emily are engaged,” a rep for Krasinski, 29, told NBC. Emily, who was previously connected with singing star, Michael Buble, is perhaps best known her her role in ‘The Devil Wears Prada,’ after which Meryl Streep, who headlined the flick, described her as “the best young actress I’ve worked with in years…Perhaps ever!“
The next season of Jim’s current showcase, ‘The Office’ will finally witness his marriage to receptionist, Pam. And the actress who plays her, Jenna Fischer, is also engaged in real life – to long-time boyfriend Lee Kirk. The pair began dating in January last year, and Lee proposed back in June while they were touring in Europe. Jen was married for eight years to actor, James Gunn, but they divorced in early ‘08 so it’s cool.
Adam Goldstein, 36, known professionally as DJ AM, who miraculously survived a fiery plane crash in South Carolina that left him and his friend Travis Barker badly burned and killed four passengers on Sept. 19, 2008, was found dead this morning in his apartment. The cause of his death is still unclear, but police sources said investigators are looking into the possibility of a drug overdose. What a tremendous irony it would be to have been so fortunate to have survived that accident and perhaps die under such circumstances.
